Orders under 240lbs and are not 16gal or larger barrels will be shipped via FedEx. Orders may come in multiple boxes and shipped separately.

You will be sent tracking number(s) once the item(s) have shipped.

Commercial accounts with own FedEx account.
— At this time we do not offer shipments using your own FedEx number in our online store. However, this may change in the future.

All orders over 240lbs and including any 16gal or larger barrels will be shipped via an Independent Carrier

The Carrier will be in communication with you about your shipment.

ADDRESS VERIFICATION: Not all addresses can receive a drop ship due to road weight restrictions.  
—  Be aware of weight restrictions on residential roads that do not allow for Semi-trucks or other large trucks to deliver to your door. If this is the case, call us for a secondary drop point or additional shipment arrangements.  There may be a delay or additional surcharge, if the drop point is not valid.

—  We recommend having help with moving items to their final location.

—  Most drop shipments are on a pallet. Some products may also be in their individual boxes.

—  If you do not have a forklift or a dock for deliveries, please select a lift gate service option.


A lift-gate is a device used to raise and lower items from ground level to the level of a tractor trailer. Freight companies deliver items on a tractor trailer which is approximately 56 inches above the ground. These trailers are designed to load and unload at a loading dock or with a fork-lift. If your delivery location does not have a loading dock or fork-lift and the item is too heavy to remove from the trailer by hand, then you may need a lift-gate. It is ideal for deliveries to residential areas, as well as commercial areas that have no docks like stores. 

Lift gate service may require additional ship time based on carrier availability. Most trucks are not equipped with lift gate service and may need extra time to schedule the delivery.

Lift gate service has a $45 surcharge automatically added to the shipping total.

Extended shipping is available, however, at this time, it is not available through our online store.

We do not ship to any other areas, regions or countries not listed on this page.


Shipping rates are subject to change at anytime.

Due to our long history of significant shipping volume, we have negotiated the best available shipping rates for our customers. Therefore, we do not work through a third-party shipping consultant.

Aerosol spray cans, fuel additives,  Engine and Transmission Flush, and certain hazardous labeled items cannot be shipped via air freight or parcel post. If an order has these items you will be contacted for additional shipping options when necessary.


If there is visible damage to your order upon delivery, refuse the order. It will be returned to for inspection and a new order will be sent at no extra charge to you. If you discover hidden damage after accepting delivery of your order, call 507-289-5555 for damaged product instructions.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: within 14 days of receipt of merchandise

Products must be unopened and in resalable condition. No returns on partial opened cases.

No refund on freight or shipping charges

Exchanges must be pre-arranged, and buyer is responsible for difference in item and any shipping charges. Original item must be received by before any new product will be shipped.

Special order items cannot be exchanged or returned.

Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.

Products must be returned to at the customer’s expense.

INDEMNIFICATION: buyer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless, its affiliates, successors, assigns, officers, directors, members, agents and employees, from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, causes of action, suits and liabilities of every kind, including attorney’s fees, for injury to or death of any person, or for loss or damage to any property (including without limitation, claims for environmental damage and resulting from the release, leak or spillage of goods), any civil or criminal fines or penalties, relating to the performance of the purchase order (including but not limited to: online, verbal, phone, email or fax orders) or arising in connection with the products.
