BiRAL NMG is excellent wherever lubricating problems occur due to high temperatures, heavy loads and aggressive environments/conditions. Examples are conveyors, chains and moving parts for stove enameling, sintering presses, ovens (radiant heat or IR) autoclaves, drying plant, paint booths, bottling plants, packaging and carton making machines, bearings and equipment frequently subjected to extremes of heat, steam, seawater and aggressive chemical attack. BiRAL NMG is based on a mixture of mineral oil and polymer, containing antioxidants, corrosion inhibitors and EP/AW additives. The lithium complex soap blended in this mixture, makes the product suitable for applications at elevated temperatures, heavily loaded bearings and wet and corrosive environments. This structure gives NMG a high degree of mechanical stability.
